1.) Format of order: {name of colour/code} {quantity} {payment mode} {collection mode}. Send to nailephant@gmail.com or SMS to 94789860 or bb pin: 280c2913. Orders/ enquiries will be replied within 24 hours.
2.) Payment mode: IB transfer/ cash on delivery (if opt for self collect).
IB can be made to UOB Savings a/c no. 366-377-534-9. For interbank transfers, items will be only sent out after payment has been received (Normally takes 3 business days). Do send me an SMS/ email for IB transaction number.
3.) Self collect: meet ups @ orchard area (ION Orchard / 313 @Somerset) & Serangoon (NEX Serangoon) & Bishan (Junction 8).
4.) All prices are inclusive of normal mail. Nailephant recommends registered mail (TopUp @$2.24) as it can be tracked in case of unforeseen circumstances. Mailing takes about 2-3 days. Items will be sent with bubble wraps to prevent damage so you can enjoy your products.

6.) Confirmed orders are not allowed to be cancelled.
